Give us your menu and we will create this free website for you. Typically, your new website contains these features:

Description of your Restaurant

• How to contact you by phone, email or by post and your opening hours
• Your latest menu
• We will register a uniquely identifiable web address for you, such as www.myrestaurant.co.uk. Or use your existing web address if that works better for you.

Online Ordering

Online ordering is automatically included as part of your website. The online ordering system is designed to make ordering from you easy for your customers.

• Customers can select any dish on your menu in any quantity they want
• Each order is confirmed by email and with its own order confirmation page
• Special requests can be added to any order in a dedicated area of the order page
• Simplified re-ordering, once registered, customers never have to enter their details again
• Orders are quickly sent to restaurant by email or fax
• Secure payment can be taken online by credit card. This ensures you receive payment before making the order and it reduces your risk of fraud

Your New Diner List

• All orders are added to your customer database. This means you start to build your own unique diner list. This diner list can be used for marketing your next special offers or promotion.
• Customers can also edit their contact details online, anytime of the day or night
• Those who register are given the choice to receive information about your latest offers. This means you are working within the guidelines of the Data Protection Act.

Marketing to your Customers

• We invite registered diners to come to your restaurant on special occasions like their birthday.
• You decide which campaigns you wish to participate in and any offers or news items you wish to include in the communications. These communications can be branded, for example, with a photograph of your restaurant.

Email

• Every web address we create for you comes with its own email account. This means you can communicate with your customers using an email that is branded to you. For example, your email address could be chef@myrestaurant.co.uk.
• This email can be access from any computer using a web browser.
