A: Quite simply, Order Wizard finds new customers and more orders for your restaurant. We create a professionally developed website just for your restaurant and then carry out a wide range of marketing to promote both your restaurant and its website. We encourage new customers to register on your customer database and to order using your website's online ordering system. We continue to market to your customer database so that your diners come back again and again.

A: We send orders to your restaurant by fax. You don't need a computer or internet connection in the restaurant.
Alternatively, get your orders by email. Install a piece of software to print off emails automatically, so staff don't have to keep checking the computer. Ask for details.
A: Set your fax machine to answer the fax after a set number of rings. The fax has a phone built in.Answer calls in the usual way. If you hear a fax beep, put the phone down and press the receive button.
A: Arbutus Ridge can recommend a suitable fax machine which costs about £50 and is straightforward to setup.
A: To get started, we just need your menu. It will take a couple of weeks to create your website. We will then call you to do a test order to your fax. You are then ready to take orders
A: We will provide instructions for transferring the address to your new website. This is normally a simple process but for security reasons has to be done by the original registrant of the address. We will set up the website on a different address in the first instance. The website address will be automatically updated once the transfer has gone through.
A: If you have a website you want to keep, we can provide links for online ordering, table booking, registration and login. We will first set up a complete website on a related address in the first instance, so that your developer can incorporate the links when he's ready.
A: Let us know if you can't deliver an order because the customer lives outside your delivery area or for any other reason. Just give us the order number and we will refund any commission paid on it.
A: We recommend setting up a PayPal account for your restaurant. This is a fairly straightforward process. Arbutus Ridge will guide you. Payments from your website go straight into your PayPal account, fully under your control. PayPal is a widely accepted payment mechanism - your customers will be happy to use it. At your option, we can add a fee for card processing, which we pass onto the diner.
A: We take a small commission for each online takeaway order or table booking we get for you. In the basic package, Order Wizard has no other fees with no charge for the website or included marketing. Although our marketing helps increase business for your restaurant across the board, we only charge for the orders we get for you online.
A: We issue a statement at the end of each month. It lists all your orders for the month. Then, on the 15th of each month, we collect our fees using direct debit.
A: You can cancel at any time without notice. We are happy to offer this because few of our restaurants do, in fact, cancel.
A: Of course, just let us know, There's no charge for occasional alterations.
A: Britain has strict laws on the collection and use of customer data. Arbutus Ridge fully complies with the legislation.
A: Yes. Use one website to centrally manage several restaurants. Or have more than one website from a single shop. If you're already serving Indian food, you could add a Thai cuisine website. Or run a delivery service with its own branding and different menu from your main restaurant.
A: On any evening, your regulars can go to another restaurant, buy a £10 dine with wine meal from a supermarket or cook for themselves. You have to continually market to them and make it easy for them to order from you. A once a week regular is better than a few times a year regular.
A: We just need your menu. That's all there is to it. A couple of weeks later we will contact you to do a test order. You are now ready to receive orders!
