As we were developing the Order Wizard concept, we met with a number of restaurant owners who all shared the same problem - getting more business in an increasingly competitive environment. After several chats over some fantastic food, we pulled the together the top 10 things that restaurant owners like you wanted, but either couldn’t afford on their own or didn’t have the skills to do. We then build an integrated marketing and IT system to solve the problem and called it Order Wizard.

Integration actually became the key. Other companies offer online portals, online ordering, e-marketing or e-commerce websites on their own, but none of them have a no upfront fee, turnkey systems that only focuses on your restaurant. This means you can concentrate on delivering great food and leave the marketing and technical stuff to us. Our team has been building better systems for many years. In addition to over 40 years of practical experience, all of our senior staff have post-graduate qualifications in business (i.e. an MBA) or information technology (i.e. an M.Sc.).
